3. User Account and Login

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using your name, mobile number, email address, password, OTP verification or other details. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information while registering or using our services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Any activity performed through your account shall be treated as activity performed by you.
• If you notice unauthorized access, you must immediately contact us.

• Plan prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Paid access is provided only for the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, cards, net banking or other available modes.
• We do not store your complete card, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Subscription access may be activated automatically or manually, depending on payment confirmation.
• If payment is deducted but access is not activated, you should contact support with payment proof.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since My Mock Test provides digital educational services and instant access to online content, mock tests, reports and practice material, payments once made are generally non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise on the payment page or required by applicable law.

• No refund shall be provided merely because the user changed his/her mind after purchase.
• No refund shall be provided if the user fails to use the purchased service during the validity period.
• No refund shall be provided for poor internet connection, device issue, browser issue or user-side technical problem.
• If duplicate payment is made for the same plan, the user may contact support for review.
• If payment is deducted but service is not provided due to a verified technical error from our side, we may provide access, extension or refund at our discretion.

Refund requests, if any, must be sent to support@mymocktest.com with registered mobile number, payment ID, date of payment, amount and reason for request.

7. Educational Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational content, mock tests, questions, answer keys, explanations and performance analysis. However, we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free, complete, updated or suitable for every examination.

Exam patterns, syllabi, rules, marking schemes, cut-offs and official instructions may change from time to time. Users are advised to verify important exam-related information from official notifications and official websites of the concerned examination authority.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use My Mock Test only for lawful educational purposes. You must not misuse, damage, copy, exploit or interfere with the platform.

• You must not share paid content, screenshots, test papers, answer keys or reports publicly without permission.
• You must not sell, resell, rent, distribute or commercially exploit our content.
• You must not use bots, scripts, automation or scraping tools to extract content or data.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, modify or bypass security features.
• You must not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, defamatory, obscene or misleading content.
• You must not impersonate any person or provide false details.
• You must not use another user’s account without permission.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on My Mock Test, including but not limited to mock tests, questions, explanations, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, videos, audio, software, layout, reports, analysis format and other material, is owned by or licensed to My Mock Test, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use the platform for personal educational purposes only. No ownership right is transferred to you.

A user’s performance depends on multiple factors including preparation level, consistency, accuracy, exam difficulty, official rules, competition, health, time management and other personal circumstances.

We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet shutdowns, server failures, government restrictions, cyber attacks, strikes, war, epidemic, power failure or payment gateway downtime.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
